Hacky New Year
Yeah, I know. It’s a bit late for New Year being Feb 2 and all. But I do have an excuse… the website was hacked and files corrupted, so for safety’s sake we were offline for a couple of weeks while we figured out what happened and made sure there were not back doors or trojans installed. Luckily for us, there were none.
So I’ve just managed to put the site back in the last couple of days. Hopefully this won’t happen again.
Short update: Christmas was great! We spent it at the grandparent’s home in France. Juliette was spoiled rotten as usual, and she got to spend a lot of time with her younger twin cousins Charlene and Clemence, and her older cousin Victor. Between the 4 of them it was quite a din at times as the twins are the most vocal 7-month babies I’ve ever encountered. And that was when they were happy and not screaming!
Lots of gifts were received. Her favourite? A little cloth bag with a tablecloth, 4 small wooden plates, wooden cutlery, cups, a bowl, pitcher and little felt pieces of lettuce and ham. A tiny pink picnic set all of her own. From that moment onwards I was forced to play Picnic for probably 3 hours a day. No, it’s not as fun for Daddy as Juliette!
New Years was back home in Dublin. Nothing special, I think we spent it surfing the web and going to sleep. We’re old.
And that’s about it.
