Of Freebies and Earthquakes

Today we got more offers of free items: a playpen, stroller, more clothes and other things that I can’t remember. More things we can strike off the list to buy.

A new change to note: when Becoming-A-Mom turns over in bed now, she’s so awkward and heavy that she’s causing the whole bed to shake and rock. The first time I woke up to this I thought there was an earthquake!

Oh and I keep forgetting to write about this. Her belly button has become very deep and recessed now. It’s as though her belly button has maintained its same position relative to her spine this whole time but her belly is growing out, so her navel is becoming a rather deep tunnel. She doesn’t like it when I tell her about this.
