Continued Poor Sleep

I’m getting concerned now. For the first time in a long time I’m sleeping at night like the proverbial baby. But she isn’t able to fall asleep and when she does, she wakes up at least once a night choking on reflux.
It kind of freaks me out as suddenly in the middle of the night she’ll start sputtering and then sit up with a coughing fit. It usually takes a couple of minutes before she’s able to lie back down.
I’m hoping that this is only a temporary thing.
