Down with the Sniffles

She is coming down with a cold. Today she has a cough and sore throat – one of the joys of pregnancy is a reduced immune response, so she’s more susceptible to any bug that’s going around.
Not only that but because she’s carrying a baby she’s not allowed to take any of the common cold symptom relief medicines either. So she has to tough it out.
I’ve been making her tea with honey or hot lemon with honey which seems to help a bit.
